3D rendering Process

How We Work

Once you submit the brief, you will receive our email containing useful information about our charges, work process, turnaround periods, and ways to contact. Our costs vary according to space type and views. Depending on the intricacy of the project, our turnaround is about 5-7 days. We will provide an approximate delivery time and a quotation after reviewing all requirements.

You need to lodge a set of materials such as illustrations, diagrams, texture samples, and style materials to start a 3D rendering project. The more information and facts we get, the better we understand, and the more reliable results we achieve.

  • Floor plans with precise dimensions.
  • Accurate furniture with dimensions and materials.
  • Decor objects and lighting features (ex: ceiling, cushions, chandeliers, etc.).
  • Size, materials, and the exact spot of doors/ windows and any other architectural structures in the space (i.e. floor, ceiling, wall, etc.).
  • Images of the angles/perspective that you like for the rendered descriptions.
  • Planning of items inside space.
  • AutoCAD Drafts. (if available)
  • Sketch Up Mockups (if available)

 

  1. Document Assessment: After you provide us with all of the required information, we will review the documents and send you an invoice for the initial payment.
  2. Initial Payment: Once a 50% payment is delivered, we send an expected delivery date and start work.
  3. Clay Render: We will showcase different angles without colors or textures to confirm layout design, camera angle, arrangement & measurement of items inside space slight modifications of existing project details.
  4. Watermark with Final Invoice: This is the time to make changes, if necessary. If not, after payment of the 50% remaining balance, we will send the final images with company watermark.
  5. Delivery: We will apply textures, materials, and lighting to obtain photorealistic images after verifying all the details. The resolution of the final image would be 2500 pixels. We deliver within 57 business days.

Consultation Schedule

Just after our discovery call, we will have a consultation. In this consultation, we will sit down and speak just about everything. Thus, I can learn everything about your requirements and the specific project. We will also tour the space. We will talk about the primary ideas and also discuss the interior design process we follow. Later, we will follow up with a detailed procedure.

Proposal

The proposal will outline the complete scope of work. It will provide the estimated timelines and will mention the fees. A fee is usually charged at a flat price and based on usual scope estimates. Thus, everything is quite clear before the work starts.

SIGN THE AGREEMENT, PAY A FEE DEPOSIT AND THEN WE CAN GET STARTED

Inspiration Board

We will create a private Pinterest board for the project. Here we will share images which communicate the vision for a perfect end result.

Measurement Meeting

We meet in the specific space and undertake all the necessary interior details and measurements. It is the way to share our inspiration. We need to ensure that we are on the ideal track before we start with the designs.

Trades Day

We shall discuss various interior design ideas and so that we have the time/cost estimates. If there is a contractor, it is the right time to run the different interior design ideas. Once all the necessary information is available, we will get back to create your lovely new space.

Presentation Meeting

This is the moment for which you are waiting!

We will present our design plan to you. It will include 2D floor plans, furnishings, swatches, and renderings.

Approval of Design & Balance Due

Product Proposal

After the total design is approved, you will get an email with a detailed furnishing proposal. We will also send you an invoice for every item for approval. You need to pay the furnishings deposit and we will start ordering.

Purchasing

Once the orders are placed, we will wait.

Shopping Trip

If there is a requirement, we will go for a shopping trip.

Setting the Date of Installation

We will fix an installation date when we know about the day of furniture arrivals and we are able to determine the date of work completion.

Music Room

E-Design Project

If it is a local project, it begins with a consultation. If it is an out of town project, it begins with a phone call. We will talk about almost everything, which will help me to understand more about your project. Next, we will discuss or tour the space. We can also talk about some initial ideas. We will also discuss about the process. Once the conversation or the meeting is complete, we will get back with a detailed proposal.

Proposal

Through this proposal, we will be outlining the scope of the project. We will talk about the estimated timelines. You will also know about the fees (fees are based on the scope estimates). Thus, everything will be clear before we begin the work.

You will sign the contract. The design fees will be deposited and then we will move ahead.

Inspiration Board

For your project, there will be a private Pinterest board. We both shall share images there. It will help in communicating our vision and will help in end result.

Measurements

In case of all local projects, we will meet and then take all necessary measurements. It will help in sharing our inspiration. This will help us to ensure that we are on the right track, before we start with the design process.

If you do not stay in the same town as us, you can send us all measurements and images of the space. We will discuss our Pinterest board & also design direction.

Design Presentation

This is the moment you will be waiting for. We will present the digital design plan. It will include details of furnishings, 2D floor plans, renderings, and swatches. We will present it via e-mail or in person. We will also let you know all details related to cost estimates.

Revisions (if needed)

We can have a phone conversation or even meet to discuss any revisions you suggest.

Design Approval & Balance Due

Once the balance amount is paid, we will send you the furnishings list and the links to buy these. You will get them via e-mail.

Project Closure Meeting + Photography

At this stage, you are loving the new space.

We would love to ensure that you are totally satisfied. Through the project closure meeting, we get an opportunity to hear from you. We would love to get your feedback about the entire interior design process and how you feel about the new space. It has been our effort to improve always – your feedback will help us! It means a lot.

We value referrals, reviews & repeat business. If you have loved working with us, please do share your experience. We will be happy if you can leave us a review on Google or share our contact details with your friends and family. If you need to move ahead with the next project, we are eager to get started.

We can also discuss a suitable day and schedule a professional photographer for shooting pictures. In case you desire to have these pictures on any national publication, we can discuss that as well.
